SHIPPING INFO
We kindly ask for 1-3 business days to process your order. Following this, expect a standard shipping time of 5-14 business days, depending on your location. Once you complete your purchase, we'll send you an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. Additionally, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
REFUNDS, RETURN/EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at HERE. Please note that returns will need to be sent to one of our warehouses. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at HERE.
LOST PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and (or) file a lost package report.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Changes can always be made BEFORE the order has left our facility. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be re-shipped.
